This is a great location and service to have on a military installation. They have a very wide variety of pet supplies and my personal favorite- a self serve dog wash that doesn't break the bank. For $18, they supply shampoo, conditioner, 3 types of brushes, and 3 small towels. Best of all, there is a blow dryer and ZERO MESS in your bathtub at home. I've seen some bad reviews about unhelpful or rude employees but all of my experiences have been positive. We have done the drop-off grooming service once. They did a wonderful job but at ~$80 for our big German shepherd, it's not something we can do often.

I was super skeptical coming to a Petco as I have heard some horror stories but I needed a quick cleanup for my two dogs. Dominick was new but very nice and you could tell was learning the ropes quickly. We have now been booking him every month! He does a great job and loves on my dogs like crazy! I told him about my dog breaking out from a certain shampoo and he was super attentive with it and it did not happen again! And with my other dog he has super weird nails but Dominick was up for the challenge and they have been looking great. As long as I am at JBLM they will continue to only go to Dominick as I know they will be taken care of.

To whom this may concern:We have been to this PetCo several times and we have had very pleasant experiences each time. The checkout clerks, Trinity and Kurtis, are very special!! They take the time to really listen to the customers and are the nicest people you will ever encounter. They are the best clerks that we have ever dealt with at PetCo. Thank you for taking your time to make our day!! You both are the best!!
