Amazing service, been recurrent for almost if not a year now and the job is great :) cleaners are nice, sometimes language barrier is real 😅 but service is spotless. Customer service is always quick, responsive and kind. They also are understanding if some occurrences need to be skipped in advance.
Editing to add that I still continue to be happy with their service. :)
Previous- was wonderful! I was worried about my puppy being a menace to her and she was very friendly to her and cleaned very quickly! The house didn’t smell like chemicals and she was very thorough in her cleaning! Will definitely be booking again!
The cleaners we had did absolutely amazing! We were moving out and the cleaning service for a move out was incredible! Our entire place ended up taking seven hours to clean, even though we were told that it was only going to take 4 to 5. The loss of a star is just because of the lack of communication From the dispatch team to the cleaners. I felt so incredibly bad for the cleaners because I don’t think they were fully told what to expect with our move (A three floor townhome with limited parking). The quick turnaround was also much appreciated!
