From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed — the receptionist greeted me by name right away, which tells you they intentionally keep their patient load manageable enough to actually know who you are. Every single staff member, front desk through the dental assistant to the doctor, was warm and friendly.
What stood out most was how much they included me in every decision. When I asked if a specific procedure could be done same-day rather than scheduled separately, they checked and made it happen. Best cleaning appointment I've ever had, that's saying something since I'm soon to be 74. Everything was explained to me, felt comfortable doing the procedure (no white knuckles). Totally awesomeness.
Everyone is always friendly and professional, Dr. Shiflett makes procedures painless, he's efficient and approachable. My experiences have all been positive! 😁 Dr. Shiflett is great at explaining procedures and costs as well.
