Before Alex even signed up to come out he was sharing knowledge and recommendations over the phone which to me shows his dedication and professionalism. Once he was out he answered all questions and shared educational tips about the bees I am dealing with. He was timely and professional and got them! We just came home from vacation to find that we have had a yellow jacket hive building in the wall/ceiling near our back door. They were trying to expand the hive and had eaten away at the drywall. Alex was able to get to our home quickly and found where they had gotten in and got to work sucking them out. He found the hive and was able to remove it. Alex is very knowledgable and you can tell loves what he does. I find bees/wasps/yellow jackets to be so interesting so it was fun for me to listen and watch him work. Thank you Alex for taking care of this for us!!
