Hands-down, best carpet cleaning experience I’ve ever had. Victor was great at communicating with us, was on time, was very professional, and worked hard to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. We had lots of pet stains and odors that he worked diligently to clean to perfection. Highly recommend this company!

I will definitely use NuTrend again. They were able to schedule me out within a week of my call. They were great at communicating, and arrived on time. They were close to $100 less than the company I typically use and they did a great job!

It's a 1 man buisness, owned by Victor. A very nice man and he did a fantastic job on our carpets. Was honest about certain stains that won't come out and was able to work magic on a stain we thought was permanent (been there 15 years). We felt very comfortable with him in our home. Super nice. It's important to support small buisnesses. Especially small buisnesses who dont pay for reveiws like others do in Lake Stevens. This is why we originally chose him. Great, honest reveiws. We will be using him every year moving foward. Thanks Victor!
