I requested four bids for ductless mini-split installs in our home and new detached workshop-office. Steady Air, LLC stood out immediately, not just with the best price, but with exceptional service. Tim, their rep (and former tech), answered every question; simple or technical, with clarity and patience. Other bids were wildly higher-one was more than double, even with a “military” discount. I highly recommend the team at Steady Air. I met them at the Tacoma Home Show in Feb of 2025. Meeting Zach for estimates and comparing them to 3 other companies I felt most comfortable with Steady Air. They removed our old 20+ year old system and installed a new dual-zone HVAC system, new ducting, new thermostats and all the bells and whistles to the remodel and addition of our two-story home. David, the company owner, Zach, and the rest of the team tackled our project quickly and efficiently, I was thoroughly impressed.
