I've been going here since 2017 and the owner has continued to improve it and bring in new equipment. On top of that while most gyms shut down they remained open in 2020 when I needed it the most and I'll never forget it.

Graham Fitness is a great gym that offers affordable memberships. The owner Mike has created a positive and uplifting environment to workout in. The gym is well kept and clean. The trainers are very knowledgeable get amazing results with all of the clients they work with. I highly recommend this gym.

It is a smaller, community and independently run gym, lots of machines, and the staff was always very friendly. Child care is on-site for members, the gym is open most holidays limited hours so it's pretty easy to get in there and get your work out in. They are usually pretty busy in the evenings and on the weekends, very family friendly. Pricing for memberships is very affordable in comparison to some of the other gyms nearby.
