Alec and Erica are the two I worked with. I came in with 8/10 sciatic pain in my hip from piriformis syndrome several months ago and I just was released from care. I am so thankful that I can walk, work, and just live without that agonizing pain. It was a slow process but I had to heal and regain strength. Thank you both so much. I highly recommend this place.
This morning I worked out on an elliptical while reading a book. The PTs that worked with me know how big of an accomplishment that is. 2 years ago, I was rear ended. 2 months after is when I first went to Elite Physical Therapy. I had a concussion, I couldn’t turn my head, I struggled to comprehend conversations, I could barely read, I couldn’t walk through a grocery store. I couldn’t turn my neck, it hurt to walk. Everything I did caused pain or other undesirable, if not miserable, symptoms. Elite did an amazing job at getting me back to a functioning level. When I just wanted to curl up in bed and never get out. When I was tired of being dizzy and nauseous. When the vertigo kept me from the most basic of tasks, and I couldn’t dress myself... The staff at Elite PT gave me a reason to get out of bed. They eased my pain and gave me the energy to get through my appointments. I was not an easy case. I had so much going on that it was difficult to find the right path of treatment. Each time I made progress with one injury, that progress caused another injury to flare up. I saw every PT at the Graham clinic and I truly feel they tried their best. I was ultimately discharged prior to being fully recovered. At the time, I really struggled with that. Every day life was a struggle and my one hope at recovery gave up on me. I couldn’t see it at the time, but now I know it was the right decision. In the end, I finished out PT at another clinic. I’m not saying this other clinic was better or that Elite didn’t have the skills to help me. The other PT clinic had multiple PTs helping me. When I say I wasn’t easy, I mean it. My blood pressure would spike to alarming levels, I would get tingling in my face and limbs. I nearly passed out doing a simple exercise, likely due to muscles constricting blood vessels. I do not fault Elite for discharging me. My recovery was a joint effort between many medical professionals and Elite PT played a huge roll in that recovery. I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for their amazing care in the beginning of my recovery. I would recommend Elite PT to anyone. Thank you
I had a very thorough examination from Lindsay on very painful knee, had it for five months. A logical set of appropriate exercises were given to me, all of which ive been fulfilling daily. After only seven days, my knee has improved immensely. I can walk almost normally again, no wakening during the night. I would certainly reccomend Lindsay to anyone suffering similar problems. My GP organised an X Ray which showed mild/moderate osteo Arthritis, prescribed co codamol. I dont use this medication, and am much more mobile folowing thr exercises. Hard work, but worth it Colin Craig
