Bill is knowledgeable, fair and an all around amazing human being.I came to get what I thought I needed ( a new key fob). During his process of troubleshhooting, he dicovered the person who change my fob battery had put it in backwards and kindly corrected it, not selling me an uneeded fob. I will definitely be back to give more of my business to this amazing individual. Truly a dying breed of businessman. Thank you Bill! ❤️

Got stranded on the highway on a Sunday after camping and Bill really came to the rescue. Not only did he respond asap he went out of his way to find me options to get home to the Pierce county area saving me hundreds of dollars in the process. Great service but it pales in comparison to the quality of the man himself. Thanks Bill.
