Legacy Safe and Lock and Bill are amazing. My husband lost his car key while at White Pass with my daughter. It’s an older car and we have no spare, plus, I was 2 hours away. I called Legacy Safe and Lock to see if they could make a key and get it to him. I was given an estimate for obtaining the key code, cutting the key, and price for transportation. The transportation price was a little out of range for my wallet so I asked if he could proceed with the key code and cut while I made it out there to pick up the key myself and then get to my husband and kiddo. I highly highly recommend this place!! Bill is a great human and is beyond amazing! While traveling through the area we unfortunately broke the axle on our trailer on Mt. Saint Helens and desperately needed a tow. Multiple businesses declined our cry for help, but Bill was right there! He not only rescued the trailer and us, but after a very very long day he helped guide us to lodging and a great mechanic in the area that got us back on the road, as we were not familiar with the the surrounding areas at all. I can't say enough great things about him. Save yourself a lot of headache and stress from other businesses and just call Bill first!!!
I just moved to the area, and I went to a chain hardware store to get some custom keys cut where they said it was not possible to cut my keys.
I was elated when the gentleman at Legacy was able to cut them for me - it took less than 10 minutes and was a welcoming experience. Thank you!
