Representative was knowledgeable and friendly. NOT pushy. Super efficient at discussing financing options. Installers were on time, courteous, respectful, and did an outstanding job. Couldn't be happier. The product does exactly what it says it does.

Speed, thoroughness, completeness, and cost. I was informed that a complication with installing new fascia behind the gutters had occured, that the aluminum surrounding the fascia void would need to be pulled away in order to reach the rafter ends and install the new fascia, that the installer need to be left unresponsible for how the aluminum would look after the installation. I was expecting to see the aluminum hanging down behind the gutter but as I'm driving home and able to look at the house from the road I saw no evidence of the aluminum being "disturbed".
