I've had chiropractic care throughout my life (and previous lives, no doubt [if such conditions exist -- I'm not really sure. I'm kind of hoping that they DON'T exist]). Anyway, Justin's technical skills are exceptional. And his attention and degree of care are akin to an art form. Highly recommended and then some.
Had concern for possible torn rotator cuff.
Went to other chiropractor for 4 sessions and with not much help.
Came here skeptical even though heard great things.
Was seen Tuesday and a pain level of 10 when moving my arm. Got full adjustment + stretches and adjustment on shoulder.
Wednesday am pain was down to a 6-7 and some stiffness.
Thursday got another adjustment and stretches. Pain went down to a 2-3.
Friday am and pain is down to a 1-2.
I can’t be thankful enough!!
I came in for upper back pain after going to the ER and getting no explanation on why I was in pain. Dr. Jess saw me at Fife and Island Chiropractic and has helped me understand my condition and how to treat it. I am feeling 100% better after each adjustment. She listens and makes sure you’re comfortable. I’m so glad she was able to see me so quickly and was able to relieve my tension and pain every time I saw her. I will be recommending her to everyone I know.
