The added "kitty kat" daycare provides a separate hang-out for cats. The staff is trustworthy, dealing with issues like medical care, anxiety, and old age. I brought Daisy, our Australian Shepherd/English Shepherd mix in for grooming and Pooch Palace did a great job on her. Her coat was shiny and soft and they did a nice job trimming her fur so she doesn’t look scraggly at all. The session was only an hour and a half, which was nice.
Daisy will be back!
Had the pups nails done, quick and good enough considering the pup is not cooperative. The place is a bit stinky but I guess it would be hard not to be ??♀️ I haven’t been to many groomers. I’ll be back!
You can really trust this place. Heather and her staff are definitely pet lovers! As well as insuring that your fur baby is safe and happy they can deal with other issues like medical care, anxiety, old age. I know my pets are in good hands always.
