I just had new carpet and a bathroom floor installed at my house by Morris Floors in Ferndale. They did a great job and I got a lot of value added to my home. I highly recommend their services.
We had at least 4 other companies come out and do estimates before Morris Floors and we decided to go with them and THANK GOD we did. They are absolutely the best and very competitively priced. They did a phenomenal job! My husband and I are both very nit picky, a bit ocd when it comes to our home and they were available to us thruout the process. Not to mention they were the only one that took half the payment up front and half upon our satisfied completion. Amazing work!
We had a rough start with scheduling and communication. Our estimate was delayed, and the crew ultimately had to work us in around other jobs, which led to some very late-night tiling to keep the project moving. There was also an issue where some installed flooring was damaged, which required us to use an extra box of flooring we had originally planned to return.
That said, Brandon, the owner, took accountability for the situation and made sure the job was completed. While the project took longer than expected and had some bumps along the way, the final result is very nice. The tile work throughout the inside of our 500 sq. ft. ADU turned out beautifully.
