I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GREAT CLIPS FERNDALE LOCATION FOR HAIR CUTS!! I MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP TO THIS LOCATION EVERYTIME BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT:) THE STAFF IS KIND N FRIENDLY N THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB..SPECIALLY THE AWESOME YOUNG LADY I GO TO NAMED JESS:) SHES THE BEST!!! First visit to this location. Chose because they took walk-ins, had online check-in, and everyone else was closed on Sunday morning lol. The stylist seemed a little stern and scary at first when we checked in. Granted, I am easily scared, but still...haha. Haven't had a haircut since before covid so I had trouble explaining what I wanted (basic chin length bob with layers, but not a "karen" cut...can you tell I don't get out much?). She went abracadabra and snippity snip, and OMG I LOVE it. In and out super fast, and I don't think I've ever had cuter layers. This was my first visit to this location as I usually go to a different location. On a side note: If I lived closer, this would be my main location for haircuts. The stylist listened to me about how my hair is normally cut. I have really thin and fine hair that is in a a bob style cut so it can be a challenge cutting my hair as it has to be dry cut meaning no water. The stylist was very friendly and professional. My haircut was done correctly exactly how I told her.
