I thoroughly enjoyed my day at Flow Motion Spa and can’t wait to return! Alyssa and her staff are fantastic, ensuring that you have everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience. The Halo salt therapy session was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. And the massage chairs are heaven! I highly recommend visiting Flow Motion Spa.

I have visited the spa a few times - spa sampler, massage, yoga class. Each time I have felt welcomed and encouraged. Everyone is kind and considerate! The space is well laid out, lovely, calming. From the moment you enter there is a sense of peace. A sigh for the soul. This is where one can press pause on the rushing and start to come back to center leaving refreshed, feeling restored.

I coordinated a spa day for my sister-in-law’s bridal shower, and was looking for a local spa that could provide a a few healing experiences in a relaxing, clean environment.We’d heard great things about Flow Motion’s Himalayan salt and amethyst caves and were excited to check them out. I researched several options in the area and decided on Flow Motion because of their unique space and offerings.I chose their spa pass from 1-4 pm on a Saturday for a group of eight.
