I drive nearly an hour to attend sessions and treatments at Flow Motion! This was my 3rd visit, and I got to try Vibration Sound Therapy with Elena and it was amazing! The entire space at Flow Motion is like a sanctuary, and I am thankful to have found such an enriching space to restore and refresh. Definitely arrive early or stay late in their tea parlor and have lunch. The charcuterie tray is amazing!
