Above and beyond customer service for our business. When so many other vendors have become hard to reach and challenging to work with, AllStar continues to be consistent and helpful. We are in a building with challenging HVAC issues and they are super responsive to our many questions and requests.
I loathe crappy workmanship. These guys/gals, everyone, most especially John, their ducting expert, were SUPER from estimate to refurbishing an old, idiosyncratic furnace's bizarre electric and dead dampers to clean up. They did exactly what I asked for, and exactly what they promised. I highly recommend All Star.
