So happy I called around to replace a lost car key fob and found BC at Great American Lock. BC is prompt, communicates clearly and is KIND, a very appreciated quality during a lost key crisis. His quote was much cheaper than the dealers I called. He was able to order me an OEM replacement key fob to arrive 3 days later whereas dealers all said minimum 5-7 day wait. Key fob works great!!! So relieved! THANK YOU BC!
