*Bio-filter septic inspection for Whatcom county*When I called other septic companies to have our system inspected at our house near Ferndale, I was told that they either did not do inspections, had stopped doing inspections, or were not certified to inspect a bio-filter system. When I called Brooks, we were able to quickly schedule an inspection at a time convenient to us and they showed up and conducted the inspection in a quick and efficient manner.Furthermore, their electronic billing and payment system was great.If this review was helpful to you, please ? like it so that I get the feedback.

Our normal septic pumping company was booked out for weeks. I called Brooks and they had someone out that afternoon to pump our overflowing system. They were polite, quick, and efficient. I was so thankful they squeezed us in as it was an emergency situation. And helped diagnosis why our system wasn't functioning properly.

Wow what an amazing company such great service! Spent time to talk to us about the issue to fully understand and know how to help. We ended up going with someone else just simply because they had an opening sooner. We called to cancel the appointment we had and the next day they called to make sure we had what we needed!
