James arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection of the chimney (inside of home and from rooftop) in a timely manner, but did not rush. He was very courteous and answered questions, demonstrating his expertise in his field. The cost was justified, given his experience and excellent reviews. I would highly recommend him.

Good guys! Super polite and efficient. No weird upselling. Told me of a couple of things to keep an eye on in the future and gave advice on future cleanings. Will surely recommend!

Great team inspected and cleaned our chimneys. Excellent teamwork made the work very thorough and efficient. They took the time to be sure we understood how everything worked. Very reasonable priced, too.
