Fitch Design Company is, in a word, AMAZING! We are building a new home and they have designed such a beautiful and functional new space. My dreams come true!! I am very thankful for their expertise and for the gentle, yet, on target guidance when I veer off track with something I have chosen that doesn't quite fit in the whole scheme of things. I highly recommend them for your remodel or new build. You won't be disappointed!

Selena and her staff were wonderful to work with. They guided us through the process and we now have a beautifully cohesive design.When we handed the remodel plans and design info to our contractor he was very satisfied with how complete and accurate everything was and the plans were easily approved by the city for permits. Aside from a couple minor engineering changes inspections have gone smoothly.We are very happy with both the design and construction plans Selena’s team gave us.Services: Room planning

Our remodel project began as a garage conversion into more living room space which required a design and drawings for an addition permit. Selena drew up the plans and worked with the city to obtain the permit. Immediately after receiving the permit, a family member unexpectedly moved in and we had to abruptly change the purpose for the space to a bedroom with bathroom. Selena quickly redesigned the space and came up with a nice solution to the small bathroom. This required an amendment to the permit which was approved quicker than anticipated.
