Our furbaby Charlie has received the best care by everyone at Echo Ridge. You can tell by the way they've treated Charlie that they really love their patients. They take the time to ask us questions and address even the smallest concerns. Thank you for taking care of our baby.
Great warming assistance, no unnecessary expenses. Very caring.. They might have just saved our dogs life. They treated us so well, we transfered all our animals ❤️ to them from Chewelah vet. Chewelah vet is very expensive and over charges and gives you false information.
We are semi new to the area and hadn't needed to see the vet since we'd been here thankfully but as things go when we did it was urgent. From the very first phone call to the actual visit everyone had one the same goal in mind. To make our girl better. The Doctor was very clear about the diagnosis as was she clear with our options. Our girl is doing a lot better ( although not so thrilled about the fat free diet she's on lol) we were also very impressed on the follow up messages we recieved from the staff checking on her well being like she'd been a patient since she was a pup and not a first seen emergency visit.
