Some of the most honest business owners I have ever encountered. They were called to my grandparents house after another large and well known HVAC company had told my grandparent they needed an entirely new unit. There was only an $80 part that needed to be replaced. Scott’s honest business practices saved my grandparents thousands. I highly recommend them!

When our heat pump went out, we obtained estimates from the main HVAC outfits in Longview/Kelso. It was structured sales system, a salesman comes out and tries to close the deal where he then gains a commission. I was talking about the heat pumps and how the prices were so high to support an extra salary of a salesman, when a guy I work with recommended Scotts. He provided an example demonstrating Scott's was honest and did good work. Scotts came out and replaced my heat pump. Scott's used Trane equipment and were thousands less than everyone in Longview/Kelso area.
