I showed up unexpectedly on a Monday with a very sick kitten, and by Tuesday Dr. Brown had a treatment plan underway. There weren’t clear answers, but he continued working with me toward the best possible outcome.

I’ve trusted Dr. Brown with six cats and two Rottweilers over nearly 13 years. I have personally experienced some of the front-desk issues mentioned in older reviews, but the current team has been helpful and accommodating. They have been kind, and gone out of their way to help—including making room for my kitten and even jump-starting my vehicle.

My kitten still has a road to recovery, but I finally believe he is on that road instead of stuck in limbo. I’m genuinely grateful to Dr. Brown, his team”
