Dr. Brown is amazing, compassionate and educated. Every time I’ve taken my animals to him he is gentle when handling them and makes sure I understand why he’s treating them with whatever they need. He takes time to listen to my concerns and answers all of my questions.
The whole staff at Ephrata Vet is kind and professional. I love the service I receive every time and would highly recommend taking all your animals here. The prices are the best I’ve found in this area as well.
Dr. Brown and his staff are always kind and helpful. He doesn't give your dog/cat treatment they do not need and takes the time to figure out what is going on with them.
Sometimes it can be hard to get in to see them (not always a same week or following week appt) but that's not Dr.Brown's fault. He is the only vet now for Ephrata and he a good veterinarian. His staff will get you in as quick as they can. Also anyone who has worked with animals knows your not in it for the $$, your in it because you love animals.

I needed flea medicine and I wasn't sure if they could help.
They do sell a great product! I was very nervous it would make them sick or worse.
The third day they got very lethargic but after that and a lot of vacuuming it's better. Changing all bedding and favorite spots.
