If I could leave this review for Meagan, the RN who handles scheduling for Dr. Valdes, I would direct it entirely toward her. My initial experience with the staff and with the interim doctor, Dr. Baldwin, was excellent, professional, informative, and compassionate. We had discussed postponing a procedure so it could be done during surgery, which I needed sooner rather than later.

This location is grossly understaffed. They rescheduled my appointment multiple times and then insisted on rescheculing me for March because I got there at 8:10 for my 8:00 appointment with my two kids in tow.

I had tried making an appointment 2 separate times with a referral from my Dr because 2 providers here do numbing when replacing an iud- front desk told me they do not do numbing in that clinic & the closest location I could go to was 45+ minutes away. Went to my drs again & she was very annoyed because she referred me to them because she knows they preform it. I call again today, and get this, they do numbing! So I pushed this appointment back AT LEAST 6 MONTHS BECAUSE SOMEONE GAVE ME THE INCORRECT INFORMATION TWICE & they can’t schedule me for the appointment they have to do a consultation first to talk about the numbing… numbing should be included in... read full review
