Girard Gagliardi of Emerald Roofing refuses to come replace the shingles that he put on my shed in November of 2020. 2 shingles fell off in March of this year. I told him initially I could be patient and could wait since the missing shingles didn't cause any leaks, but now 6 months later, nothing has been done. Patience does not mean waiting forever! He's been coming up with every excuse in the book to delay coming out. He's even said he was coming a couple of times and on his way once, then cancelled at the last minute (I'm beginning to doubt if he had any intensions of coming out at all), and now today he says it was out of the 'goodness... read full review

Emerald City Roofing has done a wonderful job on two projects for me. I referred them to my neighbor, they too were very pleased with the process and the final product. Mason, the owner communicated well, my roof was completed on time and the job site was left clean. The quality of the work is easy to see. Having roofed in the past myself, I am keenly aware of the small details that make a big difference. I walked my roof surface on both projects after the crew left and observed at times during the install. Based on what I saw, I have referred ECR to both friends and family. Additionally, the prices are very competitive in an industry that is known for gouging.... read full review
