My eight years at North Cascades Heating and Air Conditioning were both fulfilling and educational. The hands-on experience, collaborative team, and commitment to excellence provided a solid foundation for my career. I appreciate the opportunities for professional growth and the camaraderie within the company. This company was amazing to work with and I would recommend to anyone - commercial or residential, needing any HVAC work.
Murphy's Law, right?North Cascades was very quick to respond to our request for service. it was nearing the 100-degree temperatures and what happens? Heat starts coming out of our HVAC unit!When the person servicing our unit arrived (the next day or two if I remember correctly), he was genuinely happy to help. I believe his name was Chris. His optimistic outlook helped me to stay positive as we anticipated oncoming weather conditions of triple digit proportions.The result... When we purchased the old home , with an "Vintage" Central Heat/AC in it, we had North Cascade Heating and Air Conditioning come out and do an inspection and service. The Tech was on time, professional, and patient. We were impressed being new to the area.A little over a year later in the middle of the PNW's worst summer weather event ever..115+, the fan in the forced air unit went out. Patiently we took place in the long line of emergencies (#46 at time of call...46 on a holiday weekend.)
