big mirrors, infrared light, borrowing a mat is included in class fee and lots of good vibes.“

“Indigo Yoga studio is a unique place in this small town. The owner has done a great job with interior decorating, you walk in and immediately feel welcome.
Past the main entrance is the studio. The floors felt squishy and warm, the lights were lit low, and you have all the extra yoga necessities in the studio. I love the spray bottles for post yoga workouts! The vibe and setup reminded me of another yoga studio on the west side that I loved.
At first the classes seemed fast paced and I can see how anyone would feel intimidated, but this is about your pace and what feels right for your body… after attending a couple more courses, you’ll learn the names of the poses and the instructor explains where to move your arm/leg, and it all might workout for you 💛“
