“I want to give a shout our to Indigo Yoga and Cherie. I have been going to this place on and off since I moved here. In the last couple months since things have opened back up I have been going alot more. Cherie is a fantastic yoga instructor she has really made the space welcoming. The classes have pushed me and my body to do things I did did not think were possible. When they say yoga is Mind, Body and Spirit it's true, but I never really understood until now. I have learned how to breath, instantly be able to relax, that I do have a core and I am stronger then I thought mentally and physically. If you have never tried yoga, I strongly suggest that you do. This is my personal experience and I just felt I needed to share.“
