Mt Stuart Animal Hospital is highly praised for its exceptional customer service and compassionate care for pets. The staff, including Dr. Val and assistant Stacy, go above and beyond to help clients, as seen when they assisted a pregnant woman by cleaning up a mess in her truck and caring for her cat. In times of distress, such as when a family faced the loss of their dog, the team provided comfort and support, ensuring a caring environment for final goodbyes. Additionally, the hospital has been recognized for fitting in new clients promptly, even for unexpected situations like euthanasia. Overall, Mt Stuart Animal Hospital is committed to providing outstanding care to pets and their owners during both routine visits and challenging times.
My dog ingested something dangerous. Dr. Hedrick was amazing and very kind. As well as the other woman there with her. It was an after hours emergency call on a weekend. I will certainly use them again. They even let me help with my dog more than previous vets I’ve been to.
What I love about Mt Stuart Animal Hospital is that they see you more than just a client. They get the time to know you and your pet. Even the lovely receptionists remember my cat! I've received nothing but amazing and compassionate care here! Highly recommend if you're looking for a vet in Ellensburg and aim to find one who will do what's best for your lovely pet.
My daughter brought her cat Simon into Mt Stewart veterinary hospital. Her cat had pooped bloody stool in her truck and she is pregnant. She went back in to see if she could borrow some cleaning supplies to clean up the mess. Stacy and another assistant went out to her truck and cleaned it all up for her because she is pregnant and was about to throw up.
I love Dr Val, her assistant Stacy and all the staff that work there! That was extraordinary customer service!!! They also cleaned her cats bottom and did a stool sample to see what caused that issue. Then they brought her cat out to her?
Thank you Mt Stewart staff for going above and beyond their job! Great job! You… read full review
