My daughter brought her cat Simon into Mt Stewart veterinary hospital. Her cat had pooped bloody stool in her truck and she is pregnant. She went back in to see if she could borrow some cleaning supplies to clean up the mess. Stacy and another assistant went out to her truck and cleaned it all up for her because she is pregnant and was about to throw up.
I love Dr Val, her assistant Stacy and all the staff that work there! That was extraordinary customer service!!! They also cleaned her cats bottom and did a stool sample to see what caused that issue. Then they brought her cat out to her?

We all want things to turn out good when our pets are sick, unfortunately it sometimes doesn't go that way. It was a Friday afternoon and we called, they had us bring her to the hospital and they would fit her in. My family was faced with our dog of 9 years being very lethargic and not wanting to walk that came on suddenly. It ended up that we had to put her to sleep, they kept her comfortable while I went and got my child and grandkids to say their final goodbyes. They were passionate and have always cared about our pets. They have always been and remain outstanding during a time that was difficult for my family.
I called all over town and this was the only vet in town who Would fit me in to put my pet to sleep unexpectedly. They were so kind about the whole process even though I'd never been a client with them
