I recently completed the six week dog training program with my dog, Rudy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The biggest change has been the confidence I now have letting him play off-leash—I truly trust that he will stay with me. Because Rudy is so athletic this is a gift for us both. We’re still building on what we’ve learned, but the foundation is strong and lasting. Micah, our main trainer, was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely thoughtful in working with both of us. Cody, the owner, is very skilled and also showed a clear commitment to Rudy and to our success. The professionalism, kindness, and results exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful for the tools and guidance we received and would highly recommend this program. If you’re still on the fence, go for it! It’s a bit pricey, but it’s a worthy investment for a happier future for you and your pet.
In the summer of 2025, Gungho Dog Training provided the structure our 5 month old large breed dog needed in order to be sociable and enjoyable to be with. We recommend 10/10!
We couldn’t have been more impressed and thankful at the training that our dog AND we received. We chose the 6-week program where we dropped Ali off for a day of training each week. When we picked her up, Micah gave us our coaching session and we then worked with Ali at home on specific goals. This format was perfect and we were able to see amazing, quick progress with our wildly energetic border collie. Micah really tailored his training to meet our needs for Ali. Training sessions on-site for her are over but the solid learning support continues. We appreciate the online training as well. I mean, let’s face it, the humans really need the training. lol.
