The staff here is very unprofessional, they add charges that shouldn't be added, and if you have an appointment on a Monday and get sick that weekend they're going to expect you to pay 50$ for a missed appointment, they'd rather have sick people show up to their appointment not caring about other people and the possibility of them catching said illness. This physical therapist office pushed me so hard that I caused further injury to my body because they assumed I was faking it. I would not send my worst enemy to this facility.

Several months ago my son had an amputation. We scheduled him to be seen at Canyon View but had to wait over a month for his initial appointment. Their office called to reschedule the first due to the doctor being ill or on vacation. They then rescheduled him for another appointment several weeks later. I then had to reschedule that visit due to him going to the Children’s Hospital to be seen for pain in his stump. They then rescheduled him for another month later and unfortunately we had to reschedule that because of an unexpected test at school my son couldn’t miss. Office manager was intrusive, blatantly rude, condescending, and humiliated me before I even saw a therapist. My money will be spent where staff is respectful to customers/patients.
