If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I had a pipe leaking that was connected to my pressure tank. A different company was supposed to come out on Thursday to fix it, but they never showed up, and a friend recommended Pat's Pump. I talked to Pat on the phone, and he was very nice and told me they would be out by 8:30 the next morning. Not only were they on time, but they were 5 min early. The guys who came out were very nice and helpful and explained everything that they were doing. These guys are honest and reasonably priced, and I will definitely use them again in the future.
Pat and his crew were extremely professional! Pat was super prompt with showing up and providing the itemized bid. The crew arrived right on the scheduled time and they communicated every aspect of the project clearly. The well pump & pressure tank change out was done efficiently & expertly, no mess, and they finished ahead of schedule. No surprises and very professional. We fully recommend Pat's Pumps for any well pump project you have!
Can't say enough good things about this business. We lost everything in the Oregon Rd fire and Pat made sure we had water in just a couple of days. He fit so many people in to get them taken care of. We've had no issues with the set up except the generator but that's to be expected. Can't thank Pat enough.
