I have not gotten my hair done in over a year for multiple reasons. I have hair anxiety so I looked over multiple salons and stylists for months. I ended up finding this salon and Danielle. I am so glad I did! Danielle was so personable, kind and did an amazing job on my hair! I love it. The salon is cute, cozy, clean, fashionable and the staff are all very kind and friendly. I have been unable to get my hair professionally cut for almost 2 years. I decided to treat myself to a good "last day of school" hair cut and I am SO glad I found Amy at The Basement.
She took the time to get to know me and reflect on the desires I had for my hair. Her expertise and understanding of cut and shape was evident with my outcome.
I am so thrilled with my haircut and I cannot wait to continue to see her for years to come.

I was going to Stacy, and she is awesome. She did a great job on my hair and brought it back to life after covid self coloring. Due to my schedule, I am now seeing Jonna and she is really exceptional. my hair is the perfect tone. I look like the Mother of Dragons ;) She also uses sustainable ethical products that don’t harm my hair. The owner Brooke is a total sweetheart. The salon has great vibes and is decorated really well. They also serve wine, tea, etc. My hair has never looked or felt better. I am so happy I found this place and it is local!
