I had a colonoscopy with this clinic. They asked me to schedule a follow up appointment with the doctor. The after care of the colonoscopy was very bad. No one even offered me a drink before they sent me out. And the doctor told me over zoom that everything looked fine. And they billed me over 600 dollars for telling me that. My primary doctor is associated with Swedish so I went with them. I really don’t feel like I need that 600+dollars video visit. Not sure if all other providers are also behaving like this. Just want to share my own experience.

Was referred here by my primary doctor. When I called to schedule, they said they require a separate appointment to move forward with scheduling a colonoscopy. Was told it could just be a quick call but when I told her the co-pay for me to have that “quick phone call” would be $100 she just replied “ok” like she couldn’t care less.

Called during business hours, recording says closed. instructions= press 1 for after hours help. press 1 puts you on hold. after 2 mins i gave up. It was different in old days before Swedish took over the clinic
