The staff and Dr's go out of their way to take care of you to the best of their ability. If this is something that they can't or don't handle they get you refereed to another dr or clinic to serve you

I am completely deaf in both ears, something most doctors have difficulty dealing with and communicating with. Dr. Tom has never seen this as an issue in my treatment. He sees me for who I am and not my disability. He is the kindest doctor I have ever encountered and is never in a hurry. Dr. Tom listens to every thing I say and then communicates back. I never feel rushed, ignored, overlooked, or mistreated due to my deafness as I have in many MANY other doctor's offices. The staff go out of their way to allow me to communicate with them via email or online so I never have a problem. I love them all as family.
