Like others have said, I was really put off but their customer service and strict policies. The appointment only policy was made clear to me, to the point of rudeness, when I tried to stop in to look at the frames. I made an appointment and got glasses, and they came really quickly, which I was happy about and why I gave three stars for the review. However, a few weeks later I needed my new glasses adjusted and thought to stop by, but knowing their strict policy called to see if I could come by. But no, they told me I needed an appointment and they didn't have any appointments until the following week. But, they are not the only vision place so I found another place with good customer service to get my glasses adjusted (it literally took them 4 minutes) and will be getting my prescription sunglasses there as well.

Dishonest doctors. We scheduled a contact fitting for our child but when we arrived they performed another vision screening even though we had recently done a screening there. We then scheduled another contact fitting. We could not successfully put in contacts so we scheduled a 3rd visit. Not successful there either. Scheduled yet another visit (all requiring missing school) and they cancelled the appointment due to employee sickness even though the technician for our appointment was healthy and available. Apparently they wanted to make money from other customers instead of fulfilling their commitment to do contact fitting. ($180 for contact fitting). Overall, poor communication and not trustworthy.

This outstanding clinic boasts not only a highly skilled Optometrist, Dr. Solum, but also an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, with Shari being my personal favorite. Moreover, the center offers a splendid collection of excellent and elegant frames. Dr. Solum's approach is truly remarkable as she exudes warmth and kindness while devoting considerable time to ensure the perfect measurements for my eyeglasses. The results were outstanding; both pairs of glasses returned from the lab, and my vision is now significantly clearer. The clinic itself is equipped with cutting-edge machines that expertly pinpoint any ongoing eye issues, making it an ideal destination for all your eye care needs. In light of the remarkable and experienced service they provide, along with their amiable staff, I wholeheartedly recommend Edmonds Vision Center to everyone seeking top-notch eye care.
