Rachael is amazing. Great atmosphere, wonderful people and excellent massage. She can do firm pressure and works with your body, listening to what it needs and adjusts the approach as necessary!! Highly recommend

Rachael takes time to understand what you are dealing with and what your goals are. From healing due to trauma from surgeries, accidents etc to adding another layer of health in your daily life with relaxation massage. She understands body mechanics on a level I have yet to see a massage therapist understand. I train martial arts and put my body through hell. Rachael is the first massage therapist I have seen understand the movements my body uses for each art and how to incorporate massage as a tool to increase mobility and improve my overall performance by increasing my healing time that otherwise would take much longer. I have been getting massages from Abby for about 10 years. Simply put she is the best. If you want a real quality deep tissue massage and are in the Edmonds area give her a call, you will be happy you did.
