After my third appointment in a row I figured I'm overdue for a five star review!! I've consistently had an amazing experience at Akira Nails! The staff is incredibly efficient, yet they never make me feel rushed. They are meticulous about the quality of their work and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire appointment, providing pop and water. 10/10. Amazing service. They take their time with your nails, but are also swift. I had been struggling with finding the right nail salon for me, and Akira is it! This is my second visit, I asked for a design as I'm attending a golf tournament in Lake Tahoe this weekend. My nail tech absolutely killed it! I am so happy I discovered them, and will be recommending this salon to everyone.
Super pleasant experience at Akira Nails! Very communicative, prompt and timely. I showed them an idea of what I wanted for the design and they were able to make it unique to me—helped me pick the right colors and everything. My nail tech was Jennifer and I appreciated her attention to detail and her taking her time to make sure the shape and look of my nails overall looked perfect. I also appreciated that throughout every step she made sure I was okay with what she was doing, and took my feedback if I wasn’t.
