Heidi and Sarah worked with us over the past 2 years to help us coordinate planning, permitting, and contracting facilities improvements to change the use of value of our property from residential to commercial. Our project included demolition of an existing structure, expansion of our parking, installation of significant drainage improvements, sidewalks, ADA improvements, and renovation of our remaining buildings. Sarah liased on our behalf with the City and contractors and was responsive and professional throughout the duration of the project. I enthusiastically recommend H2D!
Heidi and the team at H2D went above and beyond our expectations. Starting from a bare brief, they walked us through the entire design process, even roping in our builder to help inform the design and provide initial costing. Because of the pre-build preparation that we did with H2D, making decisions before we'd even broken ground, we were able to complete the build in less than a year (site clearing to certificate of occupancy), and with a minimum of cost overruns (less than 5%). We now have a home that is beyond what we would have hoped for and that is largely down to the quality that H2D brought to the project.
