I would like to share my exceptional experience with Dr. Kumudra Soe at Perrinville Family Dentistry. We all know how difficult it is to find an ethical dentist who genuinely cares about patients. With several years of experience as a dental assistant and expanded assistant, I have encountered my fair share of dental professionals. For nearly 30 years, I trusted a dentist who suddenly claimed I had eight cavities in just six months—a highly unlikely scenario. Despite my doubts, I initially trusted their assessment. However, after encountering significant dishonesty and a lack of integrity from this dentist and their staff, I knew I had to find a new provider. My subsequent experience with a temporary dentist in Meadowdale was equally disappointing. The final straw was when a broken filling was dismissed with a casual "we'll take care of it later." As someone who has received consistent dental care every six months from age 4 to 54, this was alarming. I found myself scared and suffering, uncertain if I could trust another dentist. Then I found Dr. Kumudra Soe at Perrinville Family Dentistry. Understandably, I was anxious and wary due to past experiences. The office welcomed me with open arms, displaying kindness, patience, and transparency. Dr. Soe replaced several of my poor composite fillings, working gently and empathetically. Her genuine concern and soft-spoken demeanor were incredibly reassuring. During one visit I even had her ask me if I was ok while she could clearly tell I was very anxious, so she started to hum with the very soothing music that was on in the office. What a great human connection to reassure all is well and safe. Dr. Soe's integrity stood out when she proactively addressed a painful filling, without making excuses or deflecting blame. She exhibited true professionalism and patient care, dealing with difficult situations with grace and diligence. Dr Soe replaced it with no questions. Dr. Soe and her team genuinely care about their patients. We have since moved our entire family to her practice. The front desk staff—Cheryl, Mandy, Nicole, and Nikki—are fantastic, always kind, friendly, and accommodating. The hygienist, Sandy, is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and wonderfully personable, alleviating my anxiety and providing one of the most educational cleanings I've ever had. I am profoundly grateful to Dr. Soe, her assistant Falicia, ( you both are a perfect pair working together like you’re one ) the front desk staff, and hygienist Sandy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care, recovery, and restoration. I will refer anyone seeking a dental office with integrity and empathy to Perrinville Family Dentistry. Be well.

My first visit was great and the Dental Tech did an unbelievable job on cleaning my teeth. I go in Thursday to get a cerac crown, the only way to go.
