He came by early in the time window provided, got right to work on installing our TV mount, and even took away our boxes and trash once he was done. Vaughn was a delight to work with, such a cool guy and was so good at his job he fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He also was super communicative about when he was arriving which was refreshing given my experience with other contracting vendors. 5/5 stars for sure.
