The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with guiding me towards the right products for my project and were even kind enough to work with me on the prices , I have a small monthly budget and they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get everything that I needed. Even though I am not a contractor, I left there feeling like I was just as important as if I was the owner of a major construction company . Dan was with me every step of the way from choosing my materials to following up after my delivery was complete to make sure all my needs were met and that I was fully satisfied. Dan, if you ever see this, THANK YOU SIR . you are a credit to your industry. Also, I was highly impressed with the crew that came to deliver my roof and could not believe how hard those guys work !!! I have a roof that is far to steep to even stand on and not only were they were able to secure thousands of lbs of My materials up there very neatly but they seemed to be enjoying themselves while doing it !!! The delivery crew was polite, friendly and completely professional . I am not an easy person to please either ( unless you ask my wife, haha ;) ) One thing I saw that made me decide right then and there that I would be giving all of my future business to them was when the crew was out loading my roof, their manager showed up unannounced to do a safety check. (everything passed with flying colors ). That showed me how much they care about the safety of their employees. I didn't get the feeling that he wanted to "get anybody in trouble " or "catch them" but there was a sense of genuine concern for his guys . As a former small business owner I can relate and appreciate that attitude . The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it seemed to me that they were far too understaffed for how much business they appeared to have going on. Everyone was working extremely hard, maybe "too hard " so, if anyone in corporate sees this, get those guys some help !!!
