“Dallas Del Rosario is the inspector today. I am amazed by his work! He came on time not early, not late, on time! Unlike other roofers just use the drones. He went into my attic, taking pictures, videos, then went on the roof. Then he showed me everything.
I am still waiting for the estimate to see if it is affordable. His attitude and professioncy make me feel safe. Not sure how much they will charge for this job. If it is acceptable, they are my top choice.“

“Stewart Roofing replaced our roof over 15 years ago. It was time to clean the moss off of it, as we haven't been able to keep up with it lately. I called and they offer this great service for a very competitive price.

The office staff's communication(s) was wonderful. They two guys arrived on time, were polite, and cleaned everything up when done.

After brushing off the moss, they cleaned out the gutters, cleaned up the yard/walks, then put some moss killer up there. *Added bonus* - they cleaned the outside of our gutters, now they look brand new!!

“Very confident workers. No sugar coating sales rep ?‍?. Very easy finance and arrangement. They replaced several areas of roofing and flashing. They went in attic and connected a solar tube and vented a bathroom exhaust vent and took down the attic fan going to the turbine vent which was replaced with a ridge vent across the peak. The clean up was excellent. The gutters were replaced with a blink of the eye. Totally 2 1/2 days. I believe I am the 8th house in my neighborhood who has hired Chet’s.“

“We have been calling Pat's Plumbing for the last 11 years, always prompt always super helpful with great suggestions. From emergency leaks to planned upgrades we have done many faucets and dishwashers and disposals. When the time came to do a complete re-pipe of the 60 year old house we did not shop around, we called Pat's Plumbing. We got a complete copper re-pipe with lead free solder, including a new supply line from the water meter out front, 5 all new exterior hose bibs and a new hot water heater. “A long-time, trusted friend referred me to Bastaldi when we needed our roof replaced. She was familiar with their work, having had her own roof replaced the prior winter, and was very confident in their skills. After meeting Jorge for our bid, we were fully on board. The initial process was quick and smooth: we had a bid within one business day and the guys scheduled to start within a few days.We had a team of three guys come to replace our roof (full tear off and install) and they were all very polite and kind. Abraham, the lead, took his time to let us know their plan and how they would work. He even supplied photos as the work progressed to show us where the areas of damage were. His teammates, Nolvin and Sergio, were adept and skilled and within a day, the three guys had our old roof completely torn off and tar paper laid to protect the plywood from the overnight elements.The entire process only took three days where other, similar houses in the neighborhood took 4-5 days with different companies but larger crews! Abraham kept us updated on their progress at the end of each day. He even took a series of photos to show us their final work, which is impeccable, they even cleaned the gutters! The lines are straight, the flashing tight, the valleys feathered nicely, they even added a piece of shingle to protect any fascia boards that protrude past the roofline. The guys were meticulous in their cleanup and I have yet to find an errant nail or piece of roof debris (I’m writing this about 3 weeks later)!We have all new boots and vents, they inspected the attic for any evidence of moisture and for proper ventilation, we have ice and water shields all around, and best of all, the team is Certainteed-certified so we can sleep at night knowing our roof is protected by the manufacturer for many, many years to come.Hire Bastaldi.
