Everyone there has a very good and happy attitude. They are very caring and careful with each patient. And remember each one and always greet them with a smile. Dr. Chien is extremely knowledgeable about dental work and is very, very good at his job. Other dentists regard him as among the best in the profession. He runs an outstanding practice and his staff is kind, friendly, and reliable.
Elizabeth the hygienist was Great! Dr Joy was detailed but very difficult to understand and was confusing since she wasn't generally talking to me but giving the hygienist info for the chart I guess but that wasn't clear either at first.
We love the service my kids receive from Edgewood Family Dentistry. They’re so friendly, it’s easy to make appointments/reschedule and Dr Chien is very knowledgeable and helpful with keeping our kids teeth clean. One of my kids is autistic and the dental hygienist was so awesome with my son he had his teeth cleaned with no problems! We appreciate the awesome service and making it easy for us!
