Our experience with Chase Construction Northwest was outstanding even from the start with the first call to us from Stephanie to schedule an appointment. The professionalism, communication, and workmanship were all very impressive. We have a beautiful roof, replaced under warranty thanks to the integrity and diligence from David with Chase Construction. Things happen, we had gotten a defective batch back in 2015 which was showing our 9+ yr old roof having a tremendous amount of premature wear with granule loss, split ridges, and fraying shingles. David was able to show and prove to GAF that the original inspection submitted by a different company, the company that originally installed it, was very different from what he saw when up on our roof. David’s mannerism in how he handled explaining this was very respectful when he spoke to us as he provided numerous photos showing his concerns. We are so thankful that Rosalia, Claims Administrator with GAF contacted Chase Construction to come to our home, followed through with their warranty, and both showing they are honorable companies with grit. We cannot thank everyone enough for all their hard work and assistance. The foreman, Juan, was amazing in keeping us informed of concerns he saw with the decking when taking the old shingles off, which gave us that opportunity to replace it before putting the new roofing on. They were all very conscientious with their work, and did an excellent job keeping the yard cleaned up at the end of each day. Then the day after completion, Chase came out to meet us and we had a very enjoyable visit learning some history about this awesome family business. They are a classy group and a quality company.

I highly recommend Chase Construction. We had them come estimate for a new roof on our detached garage. Christian came and checked things out, provided a bid, and setup the roof replacement. Chase sent highly professional and considerate workers out, who tore off the old roof, making sure all debris were collected and put in their dump truck. They then proceeded to put on a new roof GAF 50 yr roof, with better underlayment and materials than we had previously. They did this quickly and efficiently, and we are so very pleased with the results. They were a blessing to us! I will hire them again for other projects.
