“I was in town for a conference and preemptively looked up a local CrossFit gym to get a workout in. When I reached out online I was responded to quickly and professionally.
The website allows you to easily setup a time to workout and pay for online. When I got there in the morning the coach greeted me by name and showed me around the gym.
The coach did a great job through the warmup and the class working through areas and explaining the why of certain movements.
Would recommend coming here and trying them out whether you are looking to get a workout away from your home CrossFit gym or if you are local and looking to start.
