I walked in & was helped promptly at the counter. The employee said the wait would be 10-15 minutes. It was LESS than that.
The woman who cut my hair asked my how I wanted it cut. I described it and she did an EXCELLENT job! I am VERY pleased! I haven't been there for a little while, but I will definitely be returning again! Very pleased.

Very friendly and professional. Made my 5 year old feel comfortable and took great care in getting g hair prepped for cut as it was tangles from swimming prior to arrival.
Requested style: Just to shape up and get rid of bad ends. Took 3 inches off

She did an excellent job, she asked me pertinent questions , and cut my hair exactly as requested.
She was very polite and attentive as well.
