They put our pool in and it looks great. Had a auto cover issue. Contacted them and tried to get someone up to fix. They were unfortunately across state working. Had another local pool company up to try to repair. The other company said the axle clutch shaft was broken. 1200$ . Then once they got it back together spent another 3 full days trying to get it working. Still couldn't. Once rookards guys got free the were there and had it done in under an hour. Talented guys on his team.

Couldn’t be happier with our Rookard Custom Pool. The pool itself is truly beautiful and beyond our expectations! Dan did an awesome job designing our pool and sun shelf. Dan is a true professional and kept us well informed through the process, addressing any concerns we had promptly. His crew is great, respectful and cleaned up after themselves which was very much appreciated. This is our second home we had a Rookard custom pool installed, and wouldn’t consider using anyone else for future projects.

I have a 30 year old Larson original gunite pool that needed new plaster and tile. I looked at a number of local services that were all top notch but I decided to go with Dan Rookard and his team based on a friend who had great success with a new pool he built and his honesty with some past work.
Dan was quick to respond, patient as we selected color and tile options, and his team(s) got to work and were done within just a couple weeks of starting. The teams were respectful, clean, on-time, and communicative.
